Drawing insights from Letters to Grandma and Kazuo Inamori’s management philosophy, the speaker shared reflections: the ordinary protagonists in the film always uphold inherent kindness, which aligns with the core tenets of elevating one’s mindset and acting with altruism. Three principles can be practiced in the workplace: dedicate yourself to your core duties and pursue constant excellence; let go of petty calculations and collaborate selflessly with teammates; reflect on yourself first when troubles arise and take initiative to break through bottlenecks.
